Reeves has gone for a month's loan to Dagenham and Redbridge...probably because they couldn't get Lambert Good experience he wouldn't get here after we exited the FA Cup.
Good luck to him, don't think he will reach the standard required to be a regular for us, even if we fail to get promoted. Hopefully this will give him an opportunity to shine and get some good clubs interested in him.

As I've just mentioned on another thread I'm slightly disappointed about this loan move. I agree that his opportunities at Saints are likely to be limited during the run in so going out on loan is a good move but to a team that are currently bottom of League 2...?? He's been in and around the fringes of the first team on a few occasions this season so surely a move to say a decent League One team would be more appropriate.

We've done this with Lee Holmes also. He's way too good for league 2. Think it's more of a confidence thing than League 2 being there 'level'
So farming a young player like Reeves out to the team that is bottom of League 2 is designed to boost his confidence then is it...?? Can't see it myself. Think he should already be confident condidering the progress he has made this season being in and around the first team. I would have said somewhere like Bournemouth would have been more suitable.
