Tottenham Hotspur v Arsenal Match History 1887-2012

I've said it before and I'll say it again (District Line disagrees with me but wtv) - the NLD is a tough one to predict, especially at the moment.

Will Arsenal continue their downward spiral or will they pick themselves up because it's us playing them?

Will we continue our recent good form against Arsenal or will we (as we have done against other clubs) respect them too much and allow Arsenal into the game?

If you go on form, there's only 1 winner and it's us. However, I think it'll be very tight - our better midfield should help us though and I reckon a 2-1 victory or (if things don't go to plan) a draw.

Let's hope VdV is back - his record against Arsenal is awesome! :D

It depends what you mean by 'form' Morpheus. We haven't won away to any of the big teams yet, so on that form we'll lose or draw.

IIRC correctly our last six prem away games have yielded two draws, two wins, two defeats. Whereas Arsenal's last six home games have yielded three home wins, two draws, one defeat, so on that form they are favourites.

They are also 'favourites' to win with the bookies (in that a home win is the shortest priced bet of the three options)

Goonercymraeg

I'll be making the seasonly visit to your place.
We always end up having a beer in the bar opposite the town hall on upper street. Never any drama or idiots in there!!
I'll be honest with you but i haven't got a clue where you're talking about not being a local lad.I always have my pre-match beers in the Tollington on Hornsey Road<ok>

Come out of highbury tube, turn left onto upper street stay on the same side of the road and walk 1/4 of a mile.
It was called the medicine bar a few years back, not sure what it is now.
Where's the one you lot are going? Guessing it's a home fans only pub?

The last time i came out of Highbury tube was in 1970.It was the first time my father took me to a game at Highbury and he thought it was the nearest station to the ground <laugh>

I take it that you a proper welsh Gooner then, fair play.
Where in wales do you travel from?
My train from hemel gets me into euston and I find that it's easier and quicker to jump on the vicky line from there.

I am being flown in to Islington from my secret base in the South West to meet up with the Welsh contingent of the secret service in the Tollington before the game <ok>

Wales - An absolute cheek you have to pay to go in...but its free to leave, its like a terrible fairground ride, both leaving you feeling rather ill afterwards. :(
