It depends what you mean by 'form' Morpheus. We haven't won away to any of the big teams yet, so on that form we'll lose or draw. IIRC correctly our last six prem away games have yielded two draws, two wins, two defeats. Whereas Arsenal's last six home games have yielded three home wins, two draws, one defeat, so on that form they are favourites. They are also 'favourites' to win with the bookies (in that a home win is the shortest priced bet of the three options)
I'll be honest with you but i haven't got a clue where you're talking about not being a local lad.I always have my pre-match beers in the Tollington on Hornsey Road
Come out of highbury tube, turn left onto upper street stay on the same side of the road and walk 1/4 of a mile. It was called the medicine bar a few years back, not sure what it is now. Where's the one you lot are going? Guessing it's a home fans only pub?
The last time i came out of Highbury tube was in 1970.It was the first time my father took me to a game at Highbury and he thought it was the nearest station to the ground
How do you get there? For me it's the easiest way, Vicky line to highbury & islington then a quick one before the game and loads after!!
We sometimes go by coach but if i go by train i get the 253 bus from Euston and get off on Seven Sisters Road opposite Hornsey Road and walk down there to the pub
I take it that you a proper welsh Gooner then, fair play. Where in wales do you travel from? My train from hemel gets me into euston and I find that it's easier and quicker to jump on the vicky line from there.
Is that The Camarthen Line an extension of the Bakerloo picking up the Northern line to Mornington Crescent.
I am being flown in to Islington from my secret base in the South West to meet up with the Welsh contingent of the secret service in the Tollington before the game
Wales - An absolute cheek you have to pay to go in...but its free to leave, its like a terrible fairground ride, both leaving you feeling rather ill afterwards.
I never have to pay to enter or leave. It may have something to do with the Severn Bridge being 160 miles out of my way if i go into England
