<peacedove>Andy Carroll is getting better because he played more games especially during Suarez suspension.
Gerard, Suarez and Carroll have not started many games together this season.
Do you think Kenny should play the three more frequently now.?<ok>

    This is interesting.

I'm not clear about the balance of the team yet. We did seem to struggle to begin with against Brighton, but improved over the course of the game. You could argue that its down to players gelling on the pitch.

If so, and the improvement continues, then I'd love to see more of this triumvirate on the pitch. With Bellamy also available, we could have a front three of Carroll central and Bellamy and Suarez occupying either side, and Gerrard prompting from the hole.

The downside is that with 4 up, the 2 central midfielders will have a hell of a lot of ground to cover...

Our first 11 are about as good as anyone in the league, just need to develop a ruthless streak, and stop drawing/losing against the lower-half teams. If we beat the bottom 10 home and away and continue our great record against the top teams we will be there or thereabouts.

Or consistency in the cups has been great, and unbeaten at home, all good, but need to muscle our way into the top 4.

To answer the original question, yes of course they should.

  18. My first thought was yes. However, after a few seconds worth of thought, it changes to 'depends on the game'. Mainly because, if those three play then, in all likeliness, a player that has just consecutively been voted player of the month would be left out! Can't see Kenny playing 433 and Bellers is not as good when playing on the left of a 442. My preference would be for Suarez, Gerrard and Bellers to make up the three in a 4231 or drop Gerrard back making it 433.

  20. Is that a joke...? Even as a Liverpool fan I can't agree with that! If we play Man City, Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal or Man Utd, our tactics are defend and counter. That is not in suggestion that we have the better side! IMO, Tottenham, Man City and Man Utd (in that order) have better starting elevens with Chelsea and Arsenal the only possible question marks.
