so we have had wums and other guest to this site spreading their views (some ok, some funny, and some bollocks) but after about 6 weeks now what i have noticed is that safc supporters seems to be very conformists, almost as if we seem to have to agree with each other for the good of safc, on looking at a few different clubs forums there seems to be a vast difference in opinions about their club, but here at safc it seems like anyone who is termed as speaking out of line is shot down by the many.
we have the best mods on the whole of not606 and if something is spoken out of order im sure they will be on top off it, so i ask you all to say it as it is and not just to appease everyone, its safc forum and we cant all agree all the time, so lets have some debate and if you dont agree with something, be heard,
mods i hope you agree with this, but it is all rather soft and everything is good in the rose garden, if you know what i mean

What a **** post. Does this help? As it happens, I do recall quite a few disagreemnets on here. However, I get the feeling that a lot of our "clientele" are perhaps a bit more let's say on the mature end of the age range, and therefore are perhaps less inclined to argue to the nth degree? Have a look at the Smoking thread, by the way - quite a lot of "rows" on there!

I think this is i the main because we're all pretty satisfied overall with the situation at the club, even after 4 defeats we knew there was no need to panic.

Remember though, we are Sunderland, so summat will crop up and **** on our dinner, and then we'll see some disagreements resurface.

It's just the way it is, and the way it's meant to be.

Imagine how boring it'll be if we ever actually achieve summat!

that was bizarre. i couldn't post anywhere for a couple of days without him commenting about henderson and my secret love for him. sometimes even on threads where i wasn't. creepy.

what we need to do is enforce redan and cest to post here more regularly. they would be at it in no time, i can see it now "kenwyne jones is amazing!!", "no, he's ****e", "ricky sbragia will lead us to glory!", "no, he's an incompetent moron!". good times.

thats better, only read some of the smoking thread, and although a non smoker he may have a point.
all i am saying is that if someone doesnt agree with something, he should be heard. most of the disagreement seems to be about jordan (who i want to stay) and nobody else,

Think the fact you can't post an article across 2 boards kills the banter a wee bit as well.

Build up to match day we always had a 'my dars bigger than your dar' battle with the next opponents, and how we used to like a wind up on ther Toon board, and vice-versa.

Wonder if multi board posting can be implemented.

Got to agree with BruceysBeak and yes i do know this is conforming but it's the way these boards have been lately.

Probably due to the fact that we are satisfied with progress and partly cos we've not really had anything to debate of late, we've not played that much football for anything to go wrong. We played a blinder against Arsenal, couldn't really fault anyone there, Niall Quinn has made a couple of statements which i'm sure every Sunderland fan will be happy about (summer spending, etc) We're working on new deals for our loanee's and if reports are true we're going to get Wellbeck next season. Our walking wounded are on the mend and likely to return in the next couple of matches.

    What else is there?

ok mate i'll start it off, muntari and sess, ok just bedding in, but apart from the occasional flash from sess are you 100% happy, no goals , and muntari does nowt for me,
to many quotes of wellbeck will fire us into europe next season, give the lad a chance, nowhere near the finished thing and has only got 6 goals,
jordan to go? im not saying much on this, but he has to stay,
that should be enough to set things off mate

I'll say this, Sessegnon has impressed me, but i think Muntari has been dog ****.

He's offered nowt, other than one shot that hit the bar.

Can't say i'm 100% pleased with Sess but as you say, he's still bedding in and coming to terms with the EPL but i have faith that he will come good and at £6m i'm sure we got him cheap. Wellbeck didn't set the place on fire when he first arrived but he came good IMO. Muntari is playing out of position for me but that's not his fault so i'm not jumping on the blokes back. He's been asked to play that role in the absence of Catts but once we get Catts back, i expect to see better things from Muntari.

That Quinn bloke should be booted out like, does SFA for us.

If we lose against Liverpool with their aireal power and Man citeh I hope we are not involved in an end of season relegation battle.Iam not as optimistic as some people on this site.We desperatly need a match fit Michael Turner back in defence but this will take time.

Is this tongue in cheek, i can't tell?

A relegation battle? I'd suggest looking at our last 7 games that the 4 points or so we'll need would be pretty straightforward like.
