    Well I have managed to get through this thread, but I almost stopped on the first page as the combination of Lemon meringue pie and Beef Dripping was making me feel quite queasy!
    Bread and butter pudding is pretty good and Delia has a recipe for a chocolate one, just I case Fran is interested!;)

    I have a pub in sunny old colombia, the desserts here are shyte- everything has cheese in it. My best sellers are sticky toffee, death by chocolate (but hot with chocolate sauce), baked alaska and trifle

    My genius of a Grandmother makes this pear salad with a cheese sauce. It looks as ridiculous as it sounds, but it tastes divine.
