...albums, goals, defenders and midfielders so I thought I would start a thread on everyone's favourite pudding. Mine is homemade applecrumble and custard.
As soon as I saw the word pudding I was going to say apple crumble and custard, especially home made. Great tastebuds taste alike and that.

I simply love homemade apple crumble and custard, however it is always pipped in a very tight photo finish by homemade rice pudding with a bit of slightly crisped (burnt) skin on it. For fancy non-English puddings, creme brulee

My personal favorite is rhubarb and custard or apple and custard or a mixture of both or it can be ice cream instead of custard or both........... Edit....... Fran I like anything sweet.........and can chew with the best of them!!
Don't really have a sweet tooth, and can easily turn down desserts. But just occasionally, when I do have one, any of the above would fit the bill. Of course, a little Black Forest gateau, stuffed with proper Morello cherries, is extremely difficult to push away. As is Cornish Clotted Cream. Hmm, perhaps I do have a sweet tooth after all.
Love a nice lemon meringue pie, but has to be good. I had one recently that seemed to be made out of cardboard, a layer of tasteless jelly, topped with shaving foam. Rarely eat puds these days in pubs or restaurants because they can be so disappointing.
Mrs Meowth makes this sometimes. Mere words cannot do it justice. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/brazilian-style-flan-pudim-de-leite-condensado/ Delicia!
