There looks to be a clear out sale down at Arsenal this summer. The like of Rosicky, Arshavin, Squillaci, Chamakh, Park Ju-Young to name a few. I personally think of all the players that will be shifted on, Theo Walcott could be a snip.
Wenger insists on playing him out wide on the right, even though he is never a right winger in a million years. He is striker out and out, or at very least a left winger in a 4-3-3.
Depending on how much % off this sale will be, he may be available cheaper than expected.
No doubt most people will turn there noses up at the very site of the name Walcott, but the lad gets a bad rap for far too much then he deserves. What has he done wrong? Got picked for the world cup at 16? Kept his head down and tried to get to grips with being a right winger? Being inconsistent with his crossing? So what. He ain't a winger. He's a striker, and a decent one on the whole at that from what I've seen when he gets through on goal.
Get him in, stick him up front, then watch him terrify defences throughout the land with his uncatchable pace and his mostly very tidy finish.
