Well the greedy bastard, dirty highwaymen can keep em, I will not be buying one for the bairn or allowing anyone else to. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...d-Umbro-home-kit-sparks-fan-row.html?ITO=1490
Ridiculous how often the all white, barely noticeable when change kit, is changed. I have the 1986 shirt, with a big red 10 on the bag, cost me £40, but it's a classic shirt, so **** the new ones (last England shirt I bought was the red one from 2008). I will stick with the 1986 home, and 1990 blue away, rather than buy the new ones!
The FA would shag goats for five pound notes & hounds for a few pounds. Only two words needed to describe this. Pure greed.
the current one is ****ing awful anyway, the horrible y neck design which only appeals to 10 year old boys and the little stars and crosses across the shoulders on the back, it is an awful kit, I couldn't care less that its being replaced, hopefully no one will have bought it anyway because I wouldn't be seen dead in that thing
A FA sokesman said, "any funds generated by sales of official merchandise are put back into the game". Aye right mate, course they are. Wembley has to be paid for somehow. You have to laugh at the audacity of these freaks running, (ruining) our game.
I never buy shirts, but the turnaround is every 18 months, its always been every 18 months (Club are every year) so i dont really see the problem. The problem is the price, but then Club strips are about the same price anyway. (I think)
how many times can they release a plain white t shirt with a badge? atleast they try to vary the Irish jersey
Although I'm an avid England supporter, I have never bought the strip either for myself or my kids...When it comes to buying strips it is Sunderland's all the way..
Aren't they there to represent our multicultural society, or something daft like that. Why don't they just make it llok good instead of having some pretentious mantra behind the styling?
Bought this last year and it will last me for years, assuming I don't get any cigarette burns in it. Had the white one for years previously but always preferred the red. please log in to view this image
I bought that particular one MR , but the flag thingy on the shoulder came apart after a couple of washes. So I decided no more England shirts for me and bought a fantastic retro 1973 FA Cup Winners shirt instead. Classic design , no advert , and fits right over my beer belly a treat
Teach you right for buying from the FA. There much cheaper at the metro in Milan & the iron on badges don't wash off ....a steal at â¬15 for the lad. Ps: I've had my eye on getting one of those '73 shirts. Class item.
Aye but as the spokesman said, that money wont go back into the game. And therefore line his pockets, lol.
...........& Inter, AC, Naploi, Juve.........But hey at least I'm loyal by not buying the lad a Sunderland one. Oh thats right they don't have them Looks like SAFC again
