You're implying that Rangers have not cheated in their use of EBTs. HMRC obviously take a different point of view. And if they're found to be correct then your titles are tainted and should be taken from you and given to us
When you got beat by Kanaus you went and spent 15/20 millions pounds you never had , instead on investing on Davis , lafferty Whittaker etc you should have been paying the tax man , cheating end of , get the tainted title off now
So your saying a disagreement between us and HMRC about using a perfectly legal structure (tax law) is cheating? That is ****in desperate.
There was nothing to pay. The disgreement about using a perfectly legal tax structure had not been settled.
I thought you could read. I said HMRC claim the EBT was improperly implemented/managed (whatever than means). Rangers say it was properly implemented/managed. Two parties can't agree, you go to court. An estimated 5000 compainies in the UK (including football clubs) use and/or have used EBT's.
Poor tina is still touching herself and nobody is even giving her a glance She can't get a look in when there's serious fitbaw chat on the go
I was gonna let Gambol pick up on it but when he kept replying to ST I thought I best say something to make you feel a bit loved
And you're obviously not understanding what I'm saying. If the court rules in HMRC's favour then Rangers will have been found guilty of misusing EBTs to pay players, ergo 'tainted titles'.
No, you are deliberately trying to twist what is happening to suit your notion of cheating. If HMRC wins it means Rangers implementation/management was found improper. But that's up to the tax lawyers to sort out. Next you'll be suggesting that Rangers knowingly and willingly mis-managed or improperly implemented it. That their accountants and tax lawyers were in cahoots and deliberately set out to defraud the tax man.
