Alan Hansen's view on Suarez

I've noticed alot of Liverpool fans are of the opinion that Suarez was right to snub Evra today. I take it alot of you have seen MOTD, and heard what Alan Hansen a former great player of yours had to say on the matter.

Liverpool supposedly released a statement saying there would be a handshake, and Suarez was fully aware of this, and had agreed it. Alan Hansen then went on to say that Suarez snubbing Evra was totally unacceptable. He said the manager and the club have given him total support, and that Suarez has let Kenny down, Liverpool down, and he's let himself down.

Kenny has obviously felt the need to back his player publicly, but Hansen is right, Suarez has let his manager down, look at the position he put KD in during the post match interviews. KD ended up laying into the sky reporter to try and avoid the difficult questions. He wouldn't even talk to the BBC, as he knew there would be more questions to answer.

I'm not saying Evra is perfect, his actions after the game weren't needed either, but had Suarez just shook his hand then everything could have been prevented.

I know Kenny has backed him publicly but surely he feels let down by Suarez and words are going to be had behind closed doors.

Thanks, I think Hansen and Lawrenson where great players and servants for LFC, you have to respect that, but it does not excuse the bollocks they talk, Hnasen is better than Lawrensen, who if you did not know who he was, you would conclude he is a United fan. Hansen has had an attack from Fergie recently and is very pro United at current, dissapointing really, should just man up and say it as it is rather than bowing down to that old scroat fergie.
