BBC Newcastle reporting Robert Huth has personally apologised to Meyler for that tackle. Just waiting now for an apology from Pulis for his unfounded insult of Meyler

This is what makes Pulis's little strop even more unfathomable. You could see Huth hung around on the pitch to apologise straight away. Why do that if there was "no contact".
Over to you Pulis, or what ever your bloody name is.

Anything anywhere else about this, I can't find owt!

Hope it is true there are some Stokies need to eat their words, and I would still sue their embarrassing manager for slander.

Likewise - can't find anything about this, anywhere.

Think I'll hold fire til I see something "official".

Stoke as a club under the leadership of Pulis need to take a good look at themselves. Things like having ball boys with towels who will only dry the ball for their own players, and only clearing snow from their own goal mouth to try and disadvantage our keeper is at the very least unsporting and bordering on cheating....

The snow clearing was out of order, but as for the towel, MON himself used one to wipe the ball for a Sunderland player, so nowt wrong with that I'm afraid.

**** them Raw, I think it worked against them the other day saying as our goal came from the ball being on the deck, if they was snow in the box then it might have been a different outcome.

    What go's around comes around.

    Erm, no!

He was using what is freely available to any player of any team. Who can blame him given the appalling conditions.

Very strange this, given that Stoke have now lodged an appeal. In these circumstances, what would Huth have to apologise for? Wonder what BBC Newcastle are up to? Mind, if what they have reported is true, the appeal surely has no chance.

He [MON] grabbed the towel and dried the ball to highlight the unsporting tactics that Stoke have adopted..

And of course your numpty mates claiming he did it to waste time were all joking!
It was a matter of seconds, your lot stand there rubbing the ball for ages!

Of course he was taking the piss. Every team, especially when in front should do it to piss them off. Newcastle were the first to do it a few weeks ago. Thought it was quite funny.

Good on him, if they use it the other team should be using. Newcastle and QPR did the same and won their, they hated especially Pulis. Particularly in the game against QPR.
