Probably not worth an article, but Khumalo's loan at Reading has been cancelled. He suffered an injury for quite some time and was replaced, so they couldn't guarantee him starts. I expect he'll go back out again to someone else.
The window for the Championship closes later, so it;s possible we could loan him to someone else. Which begs the question: Whose back four would be improved by having Khumalo in it?
I'm sure there's at least one Championship club that aren't entirely happy with their defence, Croydon. Doncaster and Pompey are utterly broke, for a start. Ipswich have conceded 55 goals and Forest 44.
I'd always thought that the loan window for Football League clubs was only open later than the summer window and ended on the January transfer window.
I was wondering about Harry as he goes about his court case. Is he still considering managing England,if asked? Will this court case ruin his chances? Would he take all his coaching staff with him? Who on earth would replace him at The Lane? Would our "stars" want to leave?
What a weekend of Sport. An entertaining two days of Premier League, with the draw between Chelsea and Manure a good result for Spurs. Superb game of rugby between Ireland and Wales, with my team, Wales winning. Entertaining Superbowl game which went down to the wire. Now for Spurs to do a job on the Mousers.
