Suarez's ban wasn't for misinterpretation but because he is a racist ****. E.O.S Terry is the best choice for captain then and now and if he is found not guilty he should be re-instated and make the FA make a public apology and sue them for breech of his human rights.

    ****ing knob headed scouse prick.<ok>

He was deemed to have made a racist comment in the EYES OF THE FA, which according this thread, is a corrupt organisation? If it could have been proved Evra could have (and would have) taken it to court so Suarez could actually be judged rather than the FA and media making their own mind up for lemings like you to follow. But following suit as you have, the FA have stripped Terry of his captaincy so they must be pretty sure he's a racist. The FA said it, therefore must be true. <ok>

The word 'Negro' means black in latin America and he admitted calling Evra 'Negrito'. Adding "ito" to the term "negro". It can indicate affection, especially when said between people who know each other intimately. But it can also be used to belittle. As the word was used in battle/contest it was taken as racist as he intended it to be.

No defense he is a racist ****.<ok>

The FA are more biased towards Man Utd than anyone else. If Evra played for anyone else than Man Utd, then Suarez would have been found not guilty on grounds of both players speaking different languages (negro means different things in different countries).

As regards to JT not wearing an armband - couldn't care less as I support Q.P.R. and Italy, but I thinki it should be given to someone like Scott Parker!

Thanks for the Spanish lesson! Evra mouthed off about Suarez's South American heritage, but that's ok? Still doesn't change the fact he was never proved to have done anything, all we have is hearsay about what was said. We actually have video Evidence of Terry saying "****ing black ****", oops, I mean "no Anton Ferdinand, I certainly did not call you a ****ing black ****".

Evra still could take the racist to court but I'd imagine they are over-the-moon at his enforced 10 week holiday. But you still don't get it do you? You can't suspend someone because 'your pretty sure he is a racist' because that's against the law and a breech of his civil liberties.

Its not hard just remember these words 'Innocent until proven guilty'

Why not? The FA can do what the **** they like. On the balance of probability, the FA decided Suarez said a racist comment, so banned him. On the balance of probability, they have now decided Terry said a racist comment, so have stripped of the captaincy. Argue it to your heart's content, but they're well within their rights.

Chill out, was a genuine question. Wasn't trying to be clever

    EDIT:

In fact no, that's not what I was getting at. On the pitch he is saying (as his defence) 'Anton I didn't call you a ****ing black ****', so who said that he did for him to be saying on the pitch that he didn't?

The sad thing about this post is. You actually come across as a intelligent bloke. When football is involved obviously you are the most blinkered, clueless person out there but it's sad to see you go with the age old FA is corrupt bollocks which every other genetic modern football fan comes out with.

  14. I hate to be a bore, especially so late in this thread, but the OP's title is grammatically incorrect.

As there is only the one FA, it should be - The FA is corrupt.

I know that all of us are striving to improve ourselves, so I trust that the OP will not view this as any sleight on him by me.

And therein lies the reason why Suarez was banned.

He caled Evra a negro, which is an acceptable word just like calling a Chinese man 'Chinese' or a Black man 'Black' but when you use it in a derogatory manner or in an arguement like Suarez did then it is deemed as racist.

    Glad to clear that up.

Provocation doesn't come into it mate, what Evra said was not racist, what your boy said was. Its not a school yard mate players abuse each other week in week out, they have the banter too!.<ok>
