Autistic? maybe? but i honestly can't stand to watch your team play football, i mean hoofball. Teams like Norwich and Swansea who have limited rescources like Stoke, have proved that you don't need to kick lumps out of the opponents to get results, play the game they way it was meant to be played FFS.

GOOD MORNING AND i mean, A VERY good warm AND FRIENDLY WELCOME to my (usually) fun, construtive Sunderland friends. IT'S Pott's here and I WAS going to start an official Stoke City F.C. v Sunderland Match Thread for Saturdays game??
Jesus, busy last night, non football releated. Woke at 5:30a.m. only to find a burst F****** PIPE which shall be fixed by midmorning. So, I decide to chill out, take a look see at this thread, I did spot it late last night and F F sake? What the hell has happened.

WHY do we need to start this slanging match, war of fancy words, etc? Just to point out that. There are MORE important things too effin argue about than a game of football.
NOT sure who started it, I don't really care WHO did to be honest. Just a couple of things here.

Forgive me for putting them in randon order, I'm tired, hungry, thirsty, fed up, brassed off and cold as hell because I have no F****** heating YET. Have NO HOT water. Some smart Alex might suggest I put the kettle on, have a cuppa and warm up. We here comes problem NO 2. We don't , dare NOT put the electric back on for FEAR of Electricution. Will post on my lap top, well at least whilst it has a couple of hours left before even that, last line of communication is LOST too! A kind neighbour 3 doors down has given us a Flask of hot water to survive on. And a bucket of cold for good measure. Funny as it might seem to SLATE each other on here. My down stairs Loo is more like a swiming pool that a small washroom, with a gaping HOLE and approx 3ins of water to F****** paddle in!

Before I finally DO lose it, can we PLEASE calm this down BEFORE kick off after which. FEEL FREE to have a go at one another somewhere else. LIKE general chat might be better?

1. Sunderland fan/fans who said we kick **** out of anything and everything, or words to that effect. DO me a favour and LOOK at the FAIR play table which actually suggests quite the opposite. Yeah, I was surprised too.
2. WE all KNOW how well Sunderland are doing right now. WITHOUT checking, I would guess better than all but Man Utd results wise? WELL DONE from ME lads and of course MON.
3. So all I can say, whilst I have the chance is this. Mr R A White we've spoken many times, NEVER fallen out and you always seem a man of reason. Personally, I think YOU start as fav's this weekend. That said, I EXPECT that or Manager, the "oh so stubborn one wearing baseball cap" TO at least pick a team to give you a decent game.
Without Kicking 7 tons of the preverbial out of anyone. I hope we come out on top meaning we STOKE. IF the worst happens, It's NOT the end of the world, I will wish you all the Mackem's GOOD LUCK win, lose, or draw this weekend. By which time I may be back to normal. NORMAL meaning I can have a good CRAP without getting my feet wet.

That was not aimed at anyone in particular for any offence caused I sincerely apologise. IF it made you laugh. F****** fantastic, IF you can not laugh at yourself, don't take the pee out of someone because they support a different team eh!
We the Stoke fans know our place which, from where I'm looking right now is... ONE place below Sunderland. Oh and up to my ankles in WATER!

Oh and depending on how much you love your lass, you could always ask her to turn the leccy back on whilst you check the windows from outside for leaks. <ok>

I might just try that, when she stops making things worse by crying her effin head off! Not that I can blame here to be honest.
I hope your'e footnote is not aimed at me personally? Cos it isn't but it seem's about RIGHT just now.

He may have a point though! Mig has been very brave to step in like he did when Westwood was ill and he was not really over the assault by Heskey but he does flap at crosses if the ref gives homer decisions, we could be in for a tough time, with Huth, Twizzle , Jones at set pieces.

Stoke probably cos of their European involvement have struggled in the league but I have no doubt. They will be up for Saturday we will have to mentally and physically be on the front foot from the kick off to get a result.

I'll take a point right now if it was offered. I've got to share my lack of confidence in Mingolet, he fills me with no confidence at all, shot stopping is ok but he's hopeless on crosses, he couldn't even catch a cold.

So Stoke's long ball and wing play against a team full of midgets on the counter attack. Game on!
 
Wing play? Pulis seems to have lost interest in that recently, choosing to play just the one recognised winger, even at home. We're getting a bit frustrated by it to be honest. It used to be that at home we had a real go at the opposition down both flanks, but since just before Christmas we've only been starting with one winger - usually Etherington, and bringing Pennant on later in the game. I really hope we start with both tomorrow, but I'd be surprised if we do.
