Don't know much about Saha, but I'm optimistic. I also agree that getting rid of obvious malcontents like Pav, and less obvious ones who are still disappointed not to play, may help.
It may be that while Spurs don't have ideal cover in every position, they now have the right number of top players to both handle a reasonable injury list and get them all a good number of minutes. I thought Krancjar was excellent last night, Sandro deserves to start, and Defoe deserves to play a lot. Kranjcar can play different positions, and Livermore can play right back. So if, say, Walker, Ade and VDV can't play, then it's Livermore at right back, Kranjcar and Defoe in. Or maybe try Saha for Ade, with Defoe, if Lennon can't play. You'd still have Bale, Modric, Kranjcar and Parker in midfield.
What I'm trying to say is that it would take a real raft of injuries for Spurs not to be able to put out a very good looking team. The biggest worry may be Livermore potentially at right back, but I think he'll be okay.
