I thought Grayson was a good manager considering what little support from his chairman he was given,,
but then the chairman holds all the cards,,,

Hope you get a good replacement,<ok>
god knows you deserve it,,

That's dead nice :)

I assume you are being genuine.

Lend us Kenny if you like to beat up our Kenny. :)

some tool came on to our board recently claiming that this chancer is better than our hero malky mackay, i hope wherever he is he crawls back under his rock and admits he was embarassingly wrong!

what awful timing by whoever made this decision, on the day after the window closes? this could mean a safe mid table position could be put into jeopardy <ok>

Where is Colu_Mike to declare that surely Leeds being a massive club, with such a huge fanbase and a golden history, is where Lambert shall imminently depart and sign for FACT?

Best thing about losing 4-1 yesterday was we played the best ive seen us for 60 minutes then that 6 foot 9 freaky donkey woke up

go on then, give your best argument as to why a sacked manager of a mid table team is better than one who is managing a revamped team 3rd in the table and in the league cup final, this will be amusing <laugh>

Because he's getting more out of a squad which cost a fifth of the amount of yours. Did you not read my argument on the other thread, or have you just forgotten it due to your immense denseness?

Because Cardiff City are serial chokers and will fail in their promotion bid, therefore whatever position they finish is rendered irrelevant, and as you are playing Liverpool you will certainly get thrashed as their desire for a trophy borders on the murderous, don't underestimate their hunger in this case!

Grayson acheived promotion from league 1, until malky does something of note, then he is a better manager who got more out of his players on limited resources.

malky is doing a great job at cardiff to be fair but grayson has achieved more than malky at this present time. doesn't necessarily mean he's a better manager but i don't think there's much in it really

It's shocking what's going on at Leeds, I really really hope that guy gets struck by lightening, because that's the only way you're ever going to get rid of him. I just don't know what to say to Leeds supporters..........just keep the faith I suppose, but if you get Warnock foisted on you then your future is really really dark. Out of the list Penshawdave has posted... Dave Jones is a good man, but WHO can work with Bates?????
I feel sorry for you Leeds supporters.

The only way Leeds will get rid of Bates is if an Abramovic figure comes in like at Chelsea.

As I posted on one of our own threads - Grayson's relatively short managerial career is still quite impressive.

He has achieved 2 promotions from League 1 with limited (if non existent in Blackpool's case) funds and taken those clubs to established annual play-off contenders.

Whilst Holloway took them up, many of the foundations for that succesful Blackpool team had been laid by Grayson.

Given his history from League 1, I suspect he will not be out of a job for too long, especially if Sheffield, Wedmesday, Sheffield United, Forest or Coventry are there next year and looking for a manager to bring them back...

As for replacement - if Bates has any sense, and Billy Davies doesn't - that's your man for me.

Pity SG's gone. But after last night, no surprise. Heyho, Warnock as a possible successor would be interesting. Would he put up with Papa Smurf? Personally I don't think so, but you never know. Hope the fans give SG a good send off on Saturday.

Odds on us thumping Brizzle on Saturday? 50-1 on I say. 4-0 minimum

You won't find many groups of fans who hate Billy "Job Done" Davies more than us!
