Yes, basics aside Lambert's recent criteria for centre backs is being comfortable on the ball. Barnett was there to deal with physical aspects which we faced in the Championship, he done an excellent job at it to. I just think in the Premiership you need to be able to pass the ball out of defence cleanly as the forwards in this league are a lot more resourceful and will pounce on the slightest of mistakes.
