    Haha brilliant. With something like that you'd think the ref would just see the humorous side and let the players get on with the match. Obviously he's had a humour bypass.

    Full credit to the player-manager for taking action though. If he hadn't, looking at the way those stewards were moving the game would still be going on now.

    Apparently a Fail journalist wrote the story you read, here is the correct story,"the FA decided the red card would stand, but, due to poor standards of officiating the referee will be squashed." Hope that clarifies the matter for you all? <whistle>:emoticon-0103-cool:
