Zaha I wouldn't be surprised if we got in the summer. He looked very, VERY good against Cardiff last night.

Elliot was a Pardew signing. He used to work with Pards and Andy Woodman at Charlton. <ok>

Pointless! Larsson, Bentley, Gervino, N'Zogbia and Barnetta are all done deals!
 
Newcastle are trying to land Dutch winger Eljero Elia on loan just six months after missing out to Juventus for his signature.

Manager Alan Pardew, who has returned from a training camp in Tenerife, failed to persuade Elia to join Newcastle when he left Hamburg in the summer with Everton also interested.

However, the 24-year-old has failed in Italy and is keen to play regularly to regain a place in the Dutch national squad.

Crikey, Elia is a beast. If we signed him on a loan with a view to buy I would be mightily impressed!
 
I have Elia on my Fifa arsenal team. Quality player, full of tricks. Poorly suited to the italian game though, that's why Juventus don't use him much. Was electrifying in germany, which is pretty similar to the PL. I have to take my hat off to you, with how much ambition you're showing. Cisse, Douglas, Elia, all quality players, and you're linked to (or have signed) all of them.
