well someone who can see the real picture that we are short on premiership players all over the team, I agree that danny is not premiership class and not very good but he has been our best player.......says a lot that.... some on here cant see the woods for the trees in the hope we will win most of our games when the reality is we will win an odd game here and there and draw some games against good sides, well that wont be enough to keep us from relegation in any shape or form. This is the weakest premiership ever and we are one of the worse sides in it and if we dont take this one chance we have in a weeks time to change things instead of talking about Boddie, Dobbie as if they are good enough to start scoring goals then we will blow it and certain relegation and the slippery slide down the leagues........there is one good thing though......we will be a rich club with millions in the bank because we never used it for what it is intended for......6 players or bust, we are a championship playing club in the premiership that cant last....
....im saying he is one of the players that is poor at his job and our goal tally proves it. he is no better than a championship player and the premiership is a bit to much for him with the system we play
I'm so annoyed that we've already played them at home while we were still getting to grips with/in awe of, the PL. Sunderland were garbage today and we pressed them until their eyes bled. We played all the football and 1/if we took them on at The Liberty next week, I reckon we would put five on them without reply.
They were organised and workmanlike and that is all I have to say about them. If we can't finish above a shambles like that, there's something wrong. 2/Their supporters booed them consistently because they couldn't get the ball and when they did, they couldn't string three passes together. As Harry Redknapp said about so many teams in this league, they just lumped it forward hoping that their front men would latch onto the ball and do something. Football? In a pig's ear!!!
In fairness they scored two great goals; a decent move for the first. But nine attempts out of ten, both would have missed and it was our luck (bad) that they went in today. Yes, we weren't quite on our game today and we lacked the penetration we have shown of late but doesn't that say something? Despite that, we still dominated the game and with more sharpness in the final third, we could have got something.
I agree with the comments made about the players' performances and, as for Sincs, I just wish that he'd stop going for the glory shots when he gets a chance. He had two decent chances and blasted them both wide. Had he shown a little composure and concentrated on accuracy rather than power he might well have scored. Even a scuffed shot has a chance if it is on target but, no matter how well a shot is hit, if it's not on target it can never be a goal. I speak with some authority on that subject as most of my "career" goals were scuffed shots.Seriously though, less power and more accuracy will reap dividends for him and I hope that the coaches will be having a word with him.

'Boo' is the wrong word. The home fans were definitely screaming at their players for not getting near the ball. I heard it on TV (saw the whole game on a feed) and my mate was there with the away support. He said the same thing.
wrong game plan its as simple as that, you cannot play the way we play on home turf away from home, It simply dont work as teams can use their home advantage to nullify us. the only time it worked for us was at villa who the week before destroyed chelsea.........there is a massive pattern here if you look into it ......Its Brendans fault when it comes down to it picking a side that has failed us away from home time and time again......60+ % possession is a waste of time if you cant put away the numerous chances we get.....
