thats why managers like allardyce are still in a job dai, in this country, quite alot of people dont care about the style of football which is a shame, only the result at the end, of all places for him to end up at, WHU, god knows how the fans will tolerate him if they get promoted, all i can say is that we're lucky to have two forward thinking managers in mackay and rodgers who encourage good passing football
there is a place for all types of football as it would be boring if we all played the same but im cheesed off at all the praise we have been getting for not winning, plenty of pundits have said many many times that we are a pleasure to watch and play the right way but we dont score enough goals and that is our downfall......i would rather have less possession and more goals that win games. these next few games will be massive and if we play like we did at sunderland without scoring then we will be in trouble because with only wigan the only bottom team not picking up points and the rest grinding out results then if we need points before our last game then its unlikely we wont survive.....
