im about 12.5 stone and 6ft however that weight is not distributed in the most damaging areas.

For some reason I gained muscle around my back, shoulders, and biceps, but none on my wrists.

haha, for some reason I've developed big hips and I'll always be self-conscious about them. I have curves ffs and men are supposed to have straight V shaped bodies. Mines the other way around lol.
