I sincerely doubt anything will come of this. If it does, and enables us to get Rhodes and/or Rodriguez and maybe prise Snodgrss away while the Feeds Utd door is ajar, it might be a different matter.

You beat me Yellows, I've just seen this! I don't think they can offer him too much money with their financial worries, and as he and his family are settled in Norfolk, I don't think there's too much to worry about!

I would love to see the look on Supers face if it did happen!

Mind you it would be a great move for Holt. He could teach the Jocks how to dive properly! <ok>

To be fair, I think we've got off fairly lightly as far as scares go this transfer window. With the start we've had it wouldn't have surprised me to have had more speculation around our players than there has been.

Bloody amazing how Yellows, Carra and Sid all posted at exacly the same time 3.41PM - Spooky <ghost> or what ? <laugh>

Anyhow, there's no way The Grolt will be going anywhere. At this moment in time his sheer presence alone, whether it be in the starting line up or on the bench, is worth a damn site more to us than any money that Rangers could afford. That's my opinion anyway for what it's worth.

Very true, Yellows. Another good reason to be glad when this flippin' window closes
at the end of the month. There was talk of Liverpool interest in Pilks, but touch wood, no rumours involving Wessi, Surman or even Holt until today <ok>

hi warky, getting all excited are we that our talisman may leave??? <laugh>

as my granddad was a gers fan i have it in my blood so they are effectively my 2nd team. however, there is absolutely no way rangers could afford holt. i'd love to know how much they bid. i bet it was very low. they are on the verge of bankruptcy and holt is simply priceless. his young family is settled here, he loves life at the club and i suspect he will stay here for good <ok>

And when he eventually hangs up his boots Supers, he will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame, that's a no-brainer for sure !

I can't see it happening. No disrespect to the SPL but the EPL is a far better league. It would be a backwards move for him. Holt just bought a house in Norwich, he seems happy and settled. Holt is too good for the SPL.

Quote from Grant Holt on his Twitter Account: "When #ncfc told me Rangers had bid I thought it was Queens Park Rangers. I was like 'LOL' Then I heard it was THE Rangers I was like 'LOL'
