No, it really does not have any effect on me. I'm not worrying about any downsizing, the gvt have to keep the banks happy otherwise they will just relocate if they have to.

Joey. You know lots of stuff and you are probably brilliant at your job, in your humble opinion. But do look up irony in a dictionary. You really you would be better for it. You say you don't look for a rise (I assume you are not referring to finances) yet you respond like a Pavlovian dog to any hint of criticism of your opinions and treat others with contempt. You get worse at work? I am sure you do ..... The moral high ground was available for you to take and you blew it.
 
I feel that on occasion Joey B makes some good objective posts about football. However, I don't believe for a minute that joey B doesn't get something out of consistently making comments that will rile most people that have a modecum of empathy for other human beings. His reactions for me, are predictable. He's like a parody of a banker, one could imagine him as a character from Viz, and I'll leave you to make up a name; it won't take long. Lots of people are projecting all this ill feeling about bankers onto him and he just laps it up, maybe don't react if he's gonna piss you off, because he is definitely consistent and clearly has a high opinion of himself.
 
I am not sure even sure why posters feel the need to make reference to their personal circumstances, be it choice of career or anything else. We are here to discuss football and our mutual passion for the Saints.
 
Tolimaluv is also known as Sonoftolima and the person who posted last night pretending to be his aunt or something and asking why he's been banned. He even sent me a personal message last night. Apparently all trace of him has been deleted this morning though.

Thanks. Exactly my original point. I don't mind people referring to their personal circumstances generally. There used to be a guy from Warrington on the old Pompey board who had a son(?) who was a fan of Tranmere. He had some fun when we lost at Tranmere again, and again and again as you can imagine. It can make an OK post more interesting, but as we have seen this is not always the case ....

Actually I'd like to challenge the mods on this one. Although obviously this Tolimaluv person was a total troll and asking to be banned, I don't think it was the right course of action. Firstly, I'm not big on censorship, especially not on the internet, but also it seems that banning this guy is actually just enabling him to come back with different names, pretending to be different people and it seems actually succeeding in fooling some people.

Also, after his newest persona was banned last night, I've noticed there is absolutely no trace of any of his posts, including the PMs between me and him last night. I really don't think it's right that my PMs are disappearing, they're mine after all, and I think it's a little bit creepy that you would just erase any memory of people you don't approve of like some sort of fascist regime. (Obviously I'm not saying that the mods actually are a fascist regime, let's not get carried away, but you know what I mean). Freedom of speech people, please.

Soon we will have no rights online anyways, with S.O.P.A and P.I.P.A coming into force. It could even effect this website as itis a .com address.
