Can't see a 4-3-3 working, Guthrie, Tiote and Cabaye are all too similar and I can't ever recall a team doing it successfully in the Premier League.
A diamond might be more likely, with Ben Arfa at the front, Tiote back, Cabaye right... don't think it would really work with Jonas or Guthrie on the left of it. Things would be so much easier if we actually signed left footed players.

Then Marv and Obertan as subs for the wingers. (or one of the strikers, with HBA moving into the hole) Best as sub for Cisse, Guthrie as a sub for Cabaye/Tiote.
What squad depth problem?

I'm sure I remember you saying you wanted us to sign Ba and then Cisse too. Based on this, I'm gonna say Onuoha is a done deal.

Just Ba. Which makes me more accurate than CWarr at least. Although just keeping quiet would make you more reliable than him.
Think he would be an ideal signing, though I wouldn't mind Cissokho or Pieters and a decent right winger, think this should be by our aim by the end of the August transfer window plus replacements for any players who should leave.
16 years is a bit too recent to be called retro imo. Still an amazing kit though, my favourite home kit.
