Quick question:
If you start a career mode with a team that contains your virtual pro, then get some acheivements outside career mode, does he improve on the career mode? Or does it not count?

What does price lock mean? And how do you do it?
I'll admit to spending a bit of my own cash on ultimate team, but I think it's really sad how far some people go -

****ing hell, how sad is that. I've spent a few MSP on packs, but paying 100 odd quid for 1M coins just takes the enjoyment and sense of fulfillment you get from earning your own coins and getting lucky in packs/winning auctions. You can basically just buy any players you want.
Some people take Ultimate Team FAR too seriously.

Some people have too much disposable income.
Better that they're spending it on FIFA players than, say, heroin.
You buy every version of the player and you sell them at a set price, then you buy every card of that player below that price that comes on the market afterwards so in order to have that player they have to buy it from you.
Oh yeh, forgot I spend £5.50 on 100k once.
No one was bidding on it and I couldn't resist the temptation.
The good side to it is that I've not bought anyone with the money, I've just bought a load of contracts and healed about 5 ****ing injuries I had, plus restored my squads fitness.
I might sell the coins on ebay for a profit, or I might keep it just in case another toon players makes TOTW.
I kind of felt bad because I wasn't earning the stuff I bought through packs, but I look at my record and I've played over 270 games and won like 170.
My match winnings add up to around 160k. I've actually worked hard on this game, and won so many games as the underdog team.

Trying to buy up as many of a player as possible, then dictate the market price for them by buying out anyone lower than your price and listing a bunch of the card all at the same minimum/buy now price.

I would definitely recommend IF Ji Sung Park as a LW. He's ****ing class. Only cost me 13k.
He's probably not expensive because his pace isn't that high. It's only around 81, but he has all the other great qualities.
He's probably cheap because most people are **** and need pace to win games so they ignore the rest of his qualities, simply because he isn't too fast. Sad really how many people need to abuse pace on the game. They should learn to play.

surely your chemistry would rise if you swapped Tiot with Cabaye? Then you'd have Tiote linked with another Ivorian, and Cabaye linked with another Frenchman.
