Vincent Kompany. Red or not? I said yes as he was two footed although he didn't catch the player everyone knows two footed tackles are red cards so he can have little complaint
Not a chance. Two decades ago Nani would have been booked for diving What about Wellbeck's goal? He'll be a fantastic player for England in the coming years.
No I havn't. I have seen Hatem Ben Arfa's goal for Newcastle. Brilliance is the only superlative for it.
Scholes with a big error 2-3 now. SAF was being too big headed bringing him on this early. This game 'aint over yet,
4th round draw notable ties. Sunderland vs. Middlesborough Liverpool vs. Man Utd Forest or Leicester vs. Swindon.
No way was that a red. 1. his feet were not toghether 2. he played the ball with the side of his (right) foot 3. he was no where near the other player & it was a perfect sliding tackle that was (the foot) going away from the player & was´nt high. One of the pundits got it spot on last week in another tackle when he said "what are they going to do next ban tackling in football" ? The ref was **** to say the least Giggs could of gone & it was a hand ball from Jones & should of been a pen. Manc Poo got away with it yet again, thank **** they are out the Champs lge & the lge cup... Just need Man City to win the Prem & Chelsea, Liverpool or anyone but Mnac Poo, to win the FA CUP. The game was spoilt for me after 13 mins.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo.../QPR-sack-Neil-Warnock.html?ito=feeds-newsxml Surprising to say the least. As for the FA Cup draw, I think it's better than playing another boring tie against a Championship team. Definitely a winnable game but there might be an upset cause they're a good footballing side. A potential banana skin but still a game I'd expect us to win.
Done well with them but that´s being a football manager for you. It has just happend to the Hertha Berlin manager too here in Germany, plus a similar thing happend to NP don´t forget.
http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11688/7418981/ Seems Bates didn't want him then. He's been keeping Andy 'God in the eyes of Leeds fans' Lonergan out of the side
Wasn't a red for Kompany. It was 2 footed in a sense but he didn't lunge and it wasn't really dangerous at all. Disappoined in Man City though, got it back to 3-2 but then stopped playing, they didn't look like troubling United after that. Warnock sacking is harsh, can't say I feel for him though.
Savage said "i thought it was a red at first, but the refs got it wrong" Refs don't have a chance to see replays so Savage would have sent him off too. Wow! didn't know about this, yes this is extremely harsh, seeming that they were only promoted last year, and are still avoiding relegation atm. Sven, i hope your by the phone
