The club wont get involved with him until his impending court case is out of the way otherwise it brings the clubs name into disrepute when the newspaper article etc says Hull City player and ex Manchester city ends up tagged/in jail.
Amoo looked very quick and a bit of a hand full early on.Who scored for us ? I missed the goal .
OLM,
Did you go ?
I went, Ajala was the player who impressed me most tbh, looked neat and tidy in midfield always seemed to find a pass and was fairly solid defensively as well. I was sitting next to Nick Wood from the mail and I had to inform him that it was Ajala playing in midfield as they were shouting 'Toby' alot when he was in posession as he'd just assumed from teamsheet it was Etuhu. Emerton was nippier than I had realised and took his goal well. Cullen was marshalled by Naylor and the other cb pretty well, he had a headed chance that went over and did well to get off a shot off when under pressure but keeper had it covered, he also got a decent cross in at one point, but noone took advantage, overall I would say he had about a 6/10 performance. Oxley made a couple of decent saves. Amoo looked lightening quick, skinned their fullback a few times and got to balls that alot of our players would have been beaten to. I thought Garcia looked pretty off the pace which is fair enough after been out. For Sanchez Watts goal the defence backed off too much, danny east going forward looked gd. To be fair we had more kids in our side and they had alot more with 1st team experience.
Erm....If they were shouting 'Toby' then they must of known it was Ajala, as Etuhu's first name is Kelvin.
Yeah but he hadnt noticed them saying it as he was typing on his laptop or generally hadnt heard it. I mentioned to my dad who I was there with thats not Etuthu is it they're shouting 'Toby' even though hes number 11. and then Nick Wood was like 'Sorry what did you say, have they got numbers mixed up or something' He went to the bench at half time to even check!
