Quite a predictable line-up for us, this is most likely it!

I hope so, but cant see Pardew dropping Lover.

Anyone else wondering what Ireland's like on the right hand side? I'm just hoping he can stay there and not play like Guthrie who looks like he is being magnetically pulled towards the centre circle.

We could, but Lover just looks so lost in midfield, he should only be up front or maybe one of the wide men in a front 3 IMO.

Speaking of which, how about a 4-3-3? (Tiote, Nolan, Jonas CMs, Lover, Best and Ranger front 3?)

Be a good blooding for him, I'd be happy enough to see him get a start.

True, I remember discussing this ages ago on 606 (before the first West Ham game), and people weren't too keen, but if Pardew thinks he's ready, I'd be more than happy to see him start, also I think Jonas's delivery would improve playing on the right on his stronger foot.

Lover and Ranger depending on who starts should and could have the pace advantage over whoever Everton start at centre half, who would have thought Best would be our top man?

Harper
Taylor Colo Willo Enrique
Simpson Tiote Nolan Guti
Best Lovenkrands

Think a full match like that would work if Ireland is injured?

As Kenny Dalglish says if there good enough there good enough no matter of their age, I've always thought the age factor is too much of a hurdle which definately shouldn't be there.

Would love to see 4-3-3 but against everton's good midfield of arteta and co. we could get ripped to pieces by them, although saying that we have got cheik so he counts for three players so in effect we're a man up in midfield :D

Best and Ranger need to start. I really hope they do. Lovenkrands offers little, so even if Ranger doesn't perform as well as usual, we won't be reducing the quality of the team.

His performances should allow him a chance. Just give him one bloody start, and perhaps a full 90 minutes, so we can see what he does from the beginning! He could have a couple of goals in him during that period.

PS: I also think that Ranger is in dire need of a confidence boost. A start would be just the ticket.
