If you look above where you type a reply theres a button that says "insert image" but you have to have the pic uploaded to the net, if you havent you need an image hosting site, something like photobucket would do.
right click an image and select 'copy image location' then click on the 7th thing along (that looks like a tree?) and paste it.
Don't worry lads, i've fixed the banner

Got the pic uploaded on flickr... and it comes up with a blank box with a red x through it when i do that
