It was a hard decision. I've never done it before on the grounds that it's the second sign that you're getting too old for the game, the first being getting an electric trolley. I'm still on my old push trolley but I do find myself idly perusing electric ones from time to time...

Tbf I was full of foresight, just read the forecast last night (rather than this morning) so left my brolly and waterproofs in the car boot to reduce carry load. The rain was actually quite pleasant. The humidity was hard and a stark reminder that I need to get back to gym.It was warm on the golf course this morning I can tell you and no mistake. (So warm it’s made me write in italics for some reason!)
Caught in the rain which was nice, but exposed @askewshair lack of foresight when I put my brolley up and he stood in the rain instead

Had a well deserved couple of pints at 19th and then was picking grandson up from nursery. Thank ****, I’ve got him into swimming atm so spent some of the afternoon in the pool.
By the end of the day though, realised I may be slightly past my peak.

Good to hear they are to be deported after serving their too lenient sentences. Hopefully the deportations do happen in practice, but I bet my last dollar they'll have legal represention paid by us to fight deportation on human rights grounds - they should lose any human rights they have in this country.
3 1/2 years just given to the scum who assaulted 3 police officers in Manchester Airport, 2 females, breaking the nose of one. About the same as given for the (deemed wrong) hurty online words.
