Dunno if anyone received an email regarding checking email addresses for another account you manage

Important: Check Your Email Address Before the 2026/27 Season

TAKE ACTION BEFORE THE 25TH OF JUNE

As we prepare for the 2026/27 season, it is essential that all supporters check the email address registered on their ticketing account and ensure it is up to date.

Important information regarding renewals, ticket access, and season-related communications will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Please note that every supporter account must be linked to a unique email address. If you manage tickets for friends or family members, each individual account must have its own separate email address. Shared email addresses cannot be used across multiple supporter accounts and may prevent supporters from receiving important communications or accessing account features.

Before the season begins, please take a few moments to review the details on all accounts within your network to ensure everything is accurate and ready for the 2026/27 campaign.

1: Login into your ticketing account and select your initials in the top-right corner of the screen, then click personal details.

@SkySports_Keith
Florent Ghisolfi tells @SkySportsNews he was frustrated that Sunderland ONLY qualified for the Europa League!

️ “To be honest, at the end of the season I felt some frustration because I was sure we could have done better!
️ “This is a good feeling. I am not saying we will do better but we can. The club grew last season but we still have a lot of things to improve on.
️ “It was a big achievement, maybe a dream, but I still have this feeling.
️ Next year, Champions League? Maybe! Sunderland don’t have any limit!”

Ive just received the same. I do my grandsons ticket on my account as he doesn't have an email address. I just use mine for him. Seems a bit ott to have to change when its worked so far for a number of years now.

I originally set up my grandsons account using my Gmail address and changed over to my main email address. I've just set it back to Gmail

Exactly mate, manage both my lads via my email & always have, half as i pay for all 3 of us, seems needless change & cannot see the benefit to anyone.

Worth a mention the club themselves accessed lots of accounts changing contact emails to one which didn't exist, which could have locked accounts.... debatable if that was legal for the club to do so, effectively altering personal information
