Just been reading some comments on Facebook from Newcastle fans take on Anderson going to City...

* If Anderson is worth 120m, then Tonali must be worth 160m.

* If we do sell Tonali we should only sell him to a team abroad and not a Champions league rival in the Premier league.

* If Anderson was Italian he wouldn't get in the Italian team.

* Tonali is the best player in the world in his position.

Just a few examples. <doh> <laugh> <laugh>

This seems deliberate, surely it's not all happening by accident ...

... and, of course, shirts mean more to Mags than all other football supporters <doh>

"I have a written a letter of complaint to the head of operations at Newcastle and Adidas. It says…

"Hi there, I am writing to complain about Newcastle’s new home kit. I have been a toon fan since childhood and can honestly say I have never seen the club produce such a bad home shirt. I am disgusted by it to be honest. It offends my eyes. And I am not alone. 99% of the reaction to the shirt on social media has been negative. We all hate it.

It’s already been labelled the barcode kit and has other fans laughing at us. I can guarantee this will be the worst selling Newcastle kit of all time, well done guys. The most disappointing thing is that Adidas is producing some lovely kits for other clubs. In fact, the Juventus shirt which obviously uses black and white stripes too, is a thing of beauty because it is clean, elegant and has style. Also… fan designs of our shirt that were put together in 5 minutes are significantly nicer than what you have produced. It’s also embarrassing that we still have no shirt sponsor. If this changes before the season, then fans will have bought a different shirt to what the players wear. Therefore, they should be entitled to a refund. Every kit is important to its club, but at Newcastle it means even more. The shirt represents everything to our fans and our identity. I strongly advise you to liaise with supporters before finalising next season’s kit design. Good luck with the shirt sales

Yours sincerely, Ruby."

Serious delusion up there. According to them their shirt, their strikers, the no.9 shirt, the stadium, the city, the flags, the history, the away kit, the songs (if they have any) and the passion are far more important than any other club in the world.

Ok then.

They are upset about their shirt. You can understand that.

But, in a spirit of togetherness, compassion for the wounded and brotherly love I have come up with a solution which I'm certain they will all be very happy with up there.

They love their history, as do we all. So what could be better for them than returning to the original strip they wore when they joined the League?

Which, as not many of them appear to know, was..............red and white stripes!

Shut the fu ck up Ruby!

Means even more, what a ridiculous thing to say!

But the best bit l, fans should be entitled to a refund if they get a sponsor! You don't have to buy it!

And don’t forget their mental health …

… ‘Geordie mental health, probably the most delicate in the whole country, if not the world’.
