In the first quarter of the season, didn’t we have something like 15 (?) different scorers?Just watched the YouTube vid of our seasons' goals.....had kind of forgotten about Ndala til he popped up with his couple of goals, mad to think the lad has been promoted and relegated from the same division this year
No, I don’t understand where it came from, I know the players were singing it after Millwall but why that of all songs? …. I’m jealous of Coventry to be fair, at least their song is written by a Coventry band and is anthemicIs it a bit controversial to say I don’t like our new club anthem? I can’t see the North Stand belting that one out.
Still the busiest board in the league as well ..And just like that we have migrated!
Lunchtime Look North showed Cleethorpes beach after the Bank Holiday, was absolutely disgusting - people are just so thoughtless and bone-idle.Would have been so difficult for the dirty meffs to put their rubbish in one of the dozens of carrier bags on the floor and carry it to another area of the town or even take it home with them. On such a hot day asking people to clear their own crap away is ridiculous, plus what else would the council workers be doing if they didnt have all that to sort?

, But I’ve even see their fans saying they are bored of hearing it around Coventry now , hope we don’t get Adele rammed down our throats
Yep and a local beauty spot near me. Just the same. Stuff all over and there wasn’t thousands of people there. It’s a picnic place. Sadly some people are arses. Definitely think it would have been a good idea of the council to provide really big waste containers. Don’t think it would have been half as bad as it was. They can do it next year when we win the FA Cup.Lunchtime Look North showed Cleethorpes beach after the Bank Holiday, was absolutely disgusting - people are just so thoughtless and bone-idle.
I fear the first and only rendition on the first home game of the season may be drowned out by noisy eaters and pop slurpers..No, I don’t understand where it came from, I know the players were singing it after Millwall but why that of all songs? …. Injuries may well be problematic. As per usualWe need better players in every position to survive in the Premier League given the amount of injuries likely and substitutions needed.
What's Coventrys songNo, I don’t understand where it came from, I know the players were singing it after Millwall but why that of all songs? …. I’m jealous of Coventry to be fair, at least their song is written by a Coventry band and is anthemic

We seem to have turned into a Not My Department nation downright lazy slobs that would rather stick 2 fingers in your face if you asked them to pick it upLunchtime Look North showed Cleethorpes beach after the Bank Holiday, was absolutely disgusting - people are just so thoughtless and bone-idle.
What's Coventrys song
Yep, that’s itI think he means "We'll live and die in these towns" by The Enemy
rather than "Sky blue song" written by Jimmy Hill
A song for the moment ?I always find City fans a bit weird the way we talk about club songs/anthems. Why do we need to know exactly why the players started singing Adele? For me the obvious inside knowledge element to it is interesting. Why do we want to pull apart every element of its musical merit? Obviously no song is going to appeal to everyone on a musical level, I've never really cared about that Adele song but if you don't feel something when you see thousands singing it in Victoria Square, adopting the anthem that the players have obviously been enjoying recently whilst giving us the best few weeks we've had in many years, then I don't know what to tell you. Isn't music sometimes symbolic; as much about the memories and emotions associated with it as about the raw notes and chords? I saw someone say it won't work on the terrace but why does it need to, we don't have to have one single song for absolutely every scenario. We'll sing other things on the terraces but 'Someone Like You' to me now will forever remind me of these brilliant last few weeks culminating in one of the best days of my life at Wembley and then the celebrations back home yesterday.
