If Solak has the balls and wants to change the culture he needs to also get rid of parsons for his incompetence in this matter, and general stewardship of the footballing side of the business.
The culture needs to change now or never. This is what I’m wanting and waiting for and I’m sure many more do?
And for me he needs to at the least start it by ST renewal deadline at the latest.

Long time lurker first time poster... Everyone from the top down involved needs to go, this report clearly shows a rotten culture and it needs gutting out.

Tonda has to go. If he had the balls he would walk with how much he has disgraced our club.

Same for Parsons and Spors who allowed this to happen under their watch, even if they weren't aware that's not good enough imo, they should be. In most lines of work compliance checks happen regularly for daily tasks and how they are completed, I've no idea if that happens for analysts/coaching staff but if it doesn't it should, and if it does it's not good enough.

Obviously not every single member of the coaching staff is going to be guilty, but anyone incriminated and involved must go immediately. I feel very sorry for Will Salt and others who were clearly taken advantage and are victims here, but they still have to go. I hope Will takes Boro to the cleaners for plastering his face all over media, and I hope someone at the club/efl is taking care of his mental health.... I can't even begin to imagine how crap he must be feeling.

It's going to take a lot of time to shake the label of cheats and the only way we can begin to move past this is a complete reset.

Welcome mate! Should stick around, we don't bite :)

Agree with basically everything you've written there too.

Parsons will change job title in the SR group id imagine. Tonda new Goztepe manager
Can definitely see us trying to move Tonda to another SR team but it wouldn't surprise me if the FA asked FIFA to implement the ban worldwide.

Be ****ing hilarious if that happened tbf.

Welcome, pleased you popped in.

Great first post :emoticon-0148-yes:

I'm probably in the minority of one here but I'm genuinely more pissed off with the boards reaction to it then I am with the actual spying. We got charged, knew we had done it and rather than immediately seeking top top barristers, these idiots pretty much shrug their shoulders, smile at the EFL and ask who to make the cheque out to.

The ****ing sheer rank arrogance to believe that we weren't in serious ****. The sheer amateur response to it should be studied.

There's a reason top corporate jobs pay ££££ is because there's supposed to be a strategy for this sort of thing the second you're aware.

We lost the media battle, we lost the boardroom battle and most importantly the legal battle. Jesus, I've never worked in football and would have handled things a hell of a lot better than these ****ers

And even the spying itself smacks of absolute arrogance. Send the intern, no one will recognise him anyway.

Jesus, if Tonda et al believed spying was so crucial buy a £50 drone from menkind and fly it out of the sun roof while you drive about in a hire car. These lot would be a half decent briefs dream across an interview table

Imagine FIFA will just laugh at them and say “who? And what’s he done?” If they tried that

Parsons has done too well on the non footballing side for them to bin him off completely I think. Probably go and make a Rasmus dream team at a different club

I think FIFA will do it, they're the only governing body to implement a ban for this to date. So if the FA give Tonda a year and ask them they'll agree to implement it worldwide.
