This might help you Peter. It’s AI and you have done most of it already. Sorry if it looks complicated it isn’t really but it might save you time if you set up in advance.

Hull City Play-Off Final Tickets – Guide

1. Get Set Up (Hull City Hub)

• Ensure everyone has a Hull City Hub account and supporter ID.
• Tickets are mainly sold online via the club website.

2. Understand Ticket Sales

• Tickets are released in stages (e.g. Members first, then general supporters).
• There is usually a limit on how many tickets you can buy per transaction.

3. Add Family & Friends to Your Network

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account / Network (Friends & Family)
3. Add each person using their Supporter ID and surname
4. Save and confirm

Linking accounts allows you to buy tickets for others in one transaction.

4. Buying Tickets for Your Group

1. Select the match
2. Choose seats
3. Go to basket
4. Click "Reassign"
5. Assign tickets to each person
6. Checkout

Assign vs Manage (Important)

Assign

• Lets you allocate tickets to someone after purchase.
• Suitable for basic ticket sharing.

Manage

• Lets you buy tickets on behalf of someone else.
• Required for priority or restricted sales (e.g. play-off finals).

How to Change from Assign to Manage

1. Go to Network / Friends & Family
2. Select the person
3. Change permission from Assign to Manage
4. Send request
5. They accept via email

Top Tips

• Set all contacts to Manage before tickets go on sale
• Have supporter IDs ready
• Log in early
• Buy tickets together to sit together
• Double-check assignments before checkout
Thank you. Does that mean I have to get everybody setup and linked before starting. I cant just rely on "me + 1" and give the plus one to anybody?

You are not harsh at all!
I'm asking them for money up front given the messing about and potential for more. My other friend was a dream to get linked so I'm not asking him to pay until I meet him on the day.
I’m just glad it’s only me and my old man going this time. Already sorted the tickets (I paid) and he paid for the coach tickets (similar prices to tickets).

Last time in 2016, one of my dad’s mates wanted to go and he’s notoriously flaky. He ended up going with us but getting three tickets next to each other was a pain in the arse and we were up in the gods.

For the Arsenal match I'd got two tickets for me and a friend and a friend had got a ticket separately and was coming from Australia. I phoned the box office and they arranged 3 seats together.

I would get on your account and get them set up to manage their account.
I think the difference is they will get sent the online ticket and not you.

I've always got printed tickets in the past and they have all been sent to me. I realise it's cheaper for them to send online tickets rather than two postage charges. Also with postal delays it would be a nightmare for them.

Nothing wrong with the cheap seats up in the gods. :emoticon-0138-think Still see the same game. It's an expensive enough trip as it is without paying more than necessary for tickets.
When you are in the cheaper seats you still have a good view but when you get the more expensive seats you appreciate the better view.
For Bristol City I kept selecting blocks that said there was empty seats but I kept getting a sold out message. I must have ended up getting "the worst seat in the stadium" but I was still happy!

Going to sound bit dopey here, but how do digital tickets work when you have 4? … at theatre somebody with a handheld scanner beeps all 4 before you walk past , but at a turnstile how do you do all 4?
You're not dopey at all!!!

The mere mention of a 'digital ticket' has turned me into a quivering wreck :emoticon-0104-surpr

A useless piece of trivia, and I know you won't care <laugh>, but, back in the olden days of two points for a win and goal average (I know there weren't play offs in those days)......
You would have missed out on the play offs to Wrexham by 0.0009 goal average.

Just saying.....

Anyway, I, along with Pompey fans everywhere, will be a surrogate Tiger on the day, so good luck against the cheating scummers :emoticon-0140-rofl:

I can't remember the exact details but according to one of my dad's tales, long ago we were one of the only teams to miss out on promotion by goal average.

I am still in that double up zone. Print out in my pocket in case the phone doesn’t work.
I hate dealing with scraps of paper but I'm also conscious of things not working on the day so although it's all digital I always have contingencies; passes stored offline on both phone and watch, my wife's phone as well, etc so that every eventuality is covered.
