Sky highlights show the foul on brobbey, co commentator says it was the wrong call. Never showed the handball or the punch to the back of brobbeys head thou.
Angulo one is a hard one I think, does lean with his forearm but if fernandes isn't a short arse then it hits him on the shoulder rather than his face.

My take on this is that it was a daft challenge but not a vicious challenge. Angulo, in my opinion, sets himself up for a shoulder barge but realises he won’t connect so extends his arm …

… RLB will have a word and that’ll be that.

As far as Fernandes is concerned, that performance was pitiful. The referee was waiting for VAR and he mimed the elbow a dozen times.

FFS man, he was pulling his twisty little face and virtually begging for the referee to send the lad off …

… that shows just how inferior we made them feel, well done Lads!

I think Angulo is very Lucky. If that happens to one of ours, we want a red card. And he’d have only himself to blame if he got sent off.

As you say, le Bris will sort it. Inexperience.not vicious and never likely to cause serious injury.

Fernandez is one of those players. Absolutely fantastic footballer, but complete twat of a player. But we made him look ordinary yesterday

Did Angulo benefit from 'the Ballard factor' <whistle>

Red was a disgrace all afternoon. Must be alright being a team that is so protected by the ref!

I know Brobbey generally gets **** all his way every week but to give a foul when he is the only one trying to win the ball is a ****ing joke! Shaw wouldn't have been pushed down like that if he wasn't already leaning in halfway down Brobbeys waist. Playing against a team at the bottom and Brobbey gets that decision or at least waved to play on cause there is nothing in it!

Anyone got a clip of the handball, from West stand looked like arm was well away from body.

I missed this and the replay they showed didn’t as far as I remember show the two shoves to face with a closed fist? They concentrated on the feet getting tangled and said nothing there!

Seeing that I reckon we should have had 2 pens and adds to what I was saying before must be decent going into a match knowing the ref will side with your team as much as they can.

He leans into him and I think his intention is to try and lever Fernandes out of the way, kind of a gentle shove and as you say Fernandes is a short arse and also a whingey twat, so as soon as he felt anything brush his face he went down as if he'd been walloped. If Anguilo had used a bit more force he'd have been in real trouble, as it is I think the gentleness saved him but it's something he needs to cut out as he won't be as lucky again.

Not showing the hand ball is ridiculous, even if it's not a penalty it was a major talking point in the game and was checked by VAR. Taking my red and white glasses off and going on my gut instinct and reactions from others I'm going to say it was a penalty going by recent decisions. But it just goes to show again media bias towards the "big" club or the "fashionable" club where they don't want to go against the norm.

Considering he won nothing in his career, and played most of his career for Swansea, Ashley Williams certainly has a high opinion of himself. As a pretendy Welsh person, from Wolverhampton, you'd think he'd have a little humility but he thinks he's the voice of all knowledge, telling a club like Man Utd it's 'farcical' they haven't given Carrick the job already ... who tf is this bloke?

MOTD was pathetic tbh.

"So, let's ignore the match and start the Sunderland coverage by concentrating on 'an incident' that wasn't even a booking despite being checked extensively by VAR ...

... and ignore one of the most blatant dives ever seen in a football ground."

Cheating of the worst kind that would've deprived Sunderland of a very hard earned point.

When we were in the Championship and Amad played with Roberts they were brilliant together against Championship defences.

Some of us probably can’t understand why Amad doesn’t get so much game time at ManU.
Yesterday Reinaldo effectively stopped Amad who was substituted.

Can it be that Amad isn’t as good as we think or could he have been trying at less than 100% as it was against us, a club I believe he sincerely loves.

I would definitely want him back here but is he being over hyped?
I’ll probably be getting pelters for this but he did look a bit ‘off’ yesterday compared to how we all remember him. Maybe just an ‘off’ day!
