I was thinking maybe it's because a lot of the major hospitals are in London, so did a quick google and it does say better access to the health service. While you have consultants outside of the City, they often say or have done in most cases I know, that you have to go to London for major surgery, so I'm thinking places like St Thomas' and Guys, there's another which I've forgotten the name of Queen Elizabeth maybe? If I've got the last one correct, then I've been to all three for various reasons, often major reasons, although the last one was less so, more for monitoring.
Edit: Oh and Great Ormond St is in the City as well.

I've just never been a conspiracy theorist, I don't completely dismiss it, but it comes up way too often and well, virtually everytime any event happens these days.
Things like 9/11 I just find insulting to those that died and the families that they left behind. Not suggesting things shouldn't be questioned, because they should, but it's how you approach that with at least some decency.
Aber disappeared shortly after getting his hands on a bootleg copy of the Epstein files ... rumour in the Valleys is that he's currently being sheltered in one of Elon's safe houses, along with Roofie, Lord Lucan and Shergar - incredible I know - but where there's smoke - there might just be a new Pope ...
