I’m not blinded by hate, I’m just passing on what is actually being reported in the US across multiple media sites. However you have to understand some of the top US podcasts, earning the presenters an absolute fortune, are nothing more than conspiracy sites. These sites have millions of followers. The worrying thing is that it suits Trump to allow the Alex Jones, Joe Rogan, Laura Loomer’s of the world to do his bidding.
Has this latest event played into his hands regarding the ongoing ballroom saga, absolutely. That’s not conspiracy, that’s how he operates. I think people in the US have just got weary with the never ending drama and lies that surround him.
We touched on this yesterday. The yanks are nuts and every big event is turned into a conspiracy. Trump being targeted, the holocaust, Charlie Kirk, Moon landings, Hamas attack Oct 7th, Twin Towers.

If it has played into his hands then these people who are trying to kill him should understand that and make sure they actually kill him because it probably is having the opposite effect to what they want.

If it has played into his hands then how come you say the US are now weary of him because of the never ending drama with him?

They’re kind of contradictory.

It’s playing into his hands because he’s having a battle with a judge over the ballroom, not the US public. They are generally dismayed he has destroyed the east wing of the Whitehouse. If you have been following the case, the judge sent him away to justify the need for it and now he has some ammunition.
As you know, he doesn’t care what the public think. The ballroom is not for them, it’s for his overinflated ego.

Mate I have no idea what you’re talking about with this ballroom. I barely follow whats happening with the news in the UK. I have zero interest to tune into the Yank media to follow their politics and what’s happening over there.

Not really followed this mate, but I have seen your posts on here and some from others when merely browsing what they are up to on GC.

So has the court / judge put reporting restrictions in place, I'd be surprised if the media were purposely keeping quiet about it, generally it means that someone has slapped them with a restraint of reporting...

Now why would that be, I don't know, national security?

The trial started on the 7th, I think.

They’ve just spent 5 days grilling one cop on the witness stand.
Hopefully they bang the ****ers up. I'll trust the system, until they walk free, if that happens I'm over to Twitter to read the melt-down. <laugh>

I’m the other way mate, up until I retired I worked for a US company, had a US boss and several US colleagues. I stared taking interest in American politics when Trump was running for his first term and have continued to do so.
Around about the same time, I started to give up on UK politics and wouldn’t have a clue who our current bunch of MP’s are, beyond Starmer, Badenoch, Fararge etc. I couldn’t even name the current Labour or Tory front bench. On the other hand I could probably name a couple of hundred US GOP and Senate members.
I guess I enjoy US politics because it’s a daily **** show, which at times beggars belief. It also, unfortunately, dictates politics around the world. As someone once said “when the US sneezes, the rest of the world catches a cold” although TBF Trump is actively trying to destroy any relationships the US has with the rest of the world.

The photos that I saw this morning showed Trump sitting next to Melania when it first kicked off with her looking horrified and him with a smirk on his face. TBF it could have been that he didn’t understand what was going on?
The second photo was a press briefing where he, alongside other members of his cabinet, were all smiles. It seemed a little strange to all be standing there grinning like cheshire cats after what had just gone on?

He'd already shat his pants during lunch, so he wasn't going to do so again because of a gunman he mistook for a waiter dropping a tray

That's the brains auto processing.

I was looking at the days TV football fixtures over the weekend of the 19th, and I got to Manchester United v Arsenal, I'm like Man Utd aren't playing Arsenal. So I looked again still Man Utd v Arsenal, I'm like **** off lol...third time I read it correctly.

So even though I knew it was wrong, my processing still read it the same. But we have to remember this all happens in a matter of seconds.

The NHS would totally collapse without them, everyone who isn't an idiot knows that. Or is it that they aren't drunks and druggies so live longer and skew the figures?

So why don't the foreign press report on it, they aren't subject to D notices or super injunctions.
