Akintola isn't the answer by the way.
IF Matazo was match sharp I think it would work very well. Our best midfield paring has been Amir & Slater or for one game Amir & Collyer, how would Amir & Matazo work? Can't remember Matazo playing its been so long.
Still a chance of your bet coming up yet, and if it does they'll regret not offering you a teaser, keep the faith and the betMassively was upto to £95 at one stage
For long periods today it was difficult to tell who were the side going for top 6, and those with Jack **** to play for. I've been watching City for far too long. Nothing much changes. Its been a great season, but maybe too long for us to see it out....I wouldn't fancy our chances if we have to beat Narwych on the final day.....Oh well. It's only a sport! The management team need to cop some serious flack for that and the last few dire performances. ****ing woeful.
Absolutely. Crooks just does not have the mobility (or discipline) to play as a two in midfield.Unless Gyabi or Matazo are fit to start ( unlikely ) Lundstram has to come back in Tuesday , which might be unpopular but don’t see other choice
I’d rather play Hughes CM than Lundstram.Unless Gyabi or Matazo are fit to start ( unlikely ) Lundstram has to come back in Tuesday , which might be unpopular but don’t see other choice
Was wondering when Giles came on if he’d move McNair there. He has played CM many times at BOROI’d rather play Hughes CM than Lundstram.
Whats happening with zambrano?I wouldn’t be too bothered if only Slater and Matazo are regular starters in midfield next season. I’d keep Crooks but only as a squad player to bring on in the last 15 minutes. Same applies to Gyabi. We need at least three new midfielders in the summer. Zambrano could be one but we also need athletic, durable midfielders who can cover a lot of ground on and off the ball and don’t get injured for six weeks if someone farts near them.
I’m sure they’ll be a loan or 3 from Turkey.I wouldn’t be too bothered if only Slater and Matazo are regular starters in midfield next season. So would IIt’s a shame Hughes isn’t fit as I’d try him in midfield, still our best passer of a footballer. We miss his passing.
Crooks is fine as third midfielder/ no 10(?). He hasn’t got the mobility to play as two in midfield.I wouldn’t be too bothered if only Slater and Matazo are regular starters in midfield next season. Watched Adams today.... crap. 30 years of age.If it were my call and we could raise the money, I'd be getting Zambrano and then (Zap) Brannagan from Oxford United. But only after we'd got a proper #6 in. Quite like that Ebou Adams at Pompey, he gets stuck in.
