Was this his only appearance in Hull?
Was talking about music to the bloke who bought my house and he said his older brother had seen Hendrix at skyline and gone backstage and nicked his jacket then years later their Mother had chucked it out in the jumble, no way of verifying if this was true or not.

This year two tickets for Squeeze at the connexion this Autumn in the lookout £192.00 each ,first time I saw them Hull city hall circa 78/79 about £2.00 each .Kraftwerk Sheffield city hall this May I have paid £165.00 each ,ok best seats front and centre but last time 2017 3D tour they were £60.00 each same venue .

I find it bizarre with squeeze
Glenn tilbrooks done social a few times and Im sure it was only 20quid and same with Chris
So to pay that much!! **** that

I have over the years seen Squeeze around forty times or so even had tickets to see them in Brisbane before they cancelled to support Hall and Oates in th3 USA. I think a lot of the time I go because we never know if it’s the last chance to see these artists .I hate been in the middle of a row as it’s almost always seating these days.The premium seats at connexion are a good night out easy access to 5he bar or served with the app and the meal included is really good .

I saw Squeeze at City Hall circ early 1990's? Worked in the city centre in those days and leaving work I saw the band crossing the road from the side door of City Hall and head for Punch. So I followed them in, sat nearby, and no-body bothered them or batted an eyelid.

I haven't seen squeeze anywhere near that amount of times,maybe 15-20 tops.Saw them at the hydro recently but the sound was awful,time before that I saw them at the Royal Concert Hall Glasgow(superb venue,the acoustics are out of this world,holds a couple of thousand) and they were signing copies of their newly released album...Got Tilbrook and Difford to sign this 7" single which I'd bought in 1977 as a punk at the age of 16.

Great band,hugely talented and wordsmiths of the highest order.
