Watching Middlesbrough’s last few games, Ayling is a decent player & watching this game b Swansea, Parker for Swansea looks a decent prospect.

I am reminded of the game we had against Wednesday the other week. When Ndala came on he looked like a bigger boy had recently stolen a shoe out of his satchel and he’d been sent outside to look for it. Players from these big academies are used to winning constantly, even at junior levels - putting them in a struggling side is a real test of their mentality. It appears Ndala is coming up well short of what is needed.

another Ebiowei - thinks they're better than they are and end up nowhere because of total lack of application - in August 25, he joined Blackpool on two year contract then left by mutual consent one month later - what's he doing now, who knows and quite frankly, who cares

It was clear within a few games of him being here he wasn't going to work but people were encouraged because he had some tricky footwork. Big deal. Just like akintola, just like lokilo, just like plenty of others.

Lokilo is twice the player Ebiowei is precisely because Lokilo has a decent attitude. Lokilo was frustrating because he was so one-dimensional and lacked dynamism as a winger but it wasn’t for lack of effort. Ebiowei thought he was a star and his attitude was honking from the start. I don’t know what Rosenior saw in him as he coached him at Derby previously.

He thought he was the 'special one' that could get him on track. Same with Connolly.
