So here we go,the big one,a match of huge importance against slim Frank's Coventry...

A 'Special' place which has become something of a 'Ghost Town' and 'Concrete Jungle' full of 'Stereotypes' who have done 'Too Much Too Young' and live in a 'Concrete Jungle'.A shady place to many, full of 'Gangsters' and some say 'The Lunatics have taken over the asylum' in a 'Rat Race'....

To those set to attend ...'Simmer Down', let the 'Pressure Drop' and 'Enjoy yourself' !!!

The score ....0-07

The late,great Terry Hall,Glasgow.

Joseph struggles on the wing without an attacking full back behind him bombing forward. He’s simply just not a winger and him and Coyle on our left flank stifled everything down there forcing us to either pass it back out or Coyle to just whallop a **** speculative hoof into the box from about 40 yards out to give the ball straight to them. Koumas was an immediate improvement in terms of attacking the left wing but couldn’t cross a canal if he was stood next to a bridge, let alone a football, so still didn’t make much impact.

Millar for me too.

Pandur
Drameh ajayi hughes mcnair
Amir collyer
Belloumi crooks millar
Joseph

Mcburnie looks knackered atm and disinterested. Getting him coming on fresh after Joseph’s tired them out might help him.

Not sure what he does tomorrow. The press is poor without Joseph and the midfield lacks energy without Slater. Some of his players just aren't doing enough. I think he'll play a back five. As it fixes some problems

I didn’t get to see the Oxford game in great detail as family selfishly turned up at 2.50pm so only had one eye on it mostly , I see most people not selecting Joseph for tomorrow , did he get injured or was he really poor ? Just this type of game against a good side is usually when we need his pressing, etc
Nothing seemed to go down our left until Koumas came on.

No reason at all why we can’t get a result. Keep the faith.

I agree and start with a back 5.
Might be mistaken but I thought starting with a back 5 last time turned out badly, Bristol City maybe?

I thought it was utterly bizarre Millar was played on his wrong/ unusual side to accommodate Koumas on the other side. Koumas showed industry and oomph getting past people then was utterly dreadful with his crossing. Millar showed jet lag, playing in the wrong side, and nothing else.

Definitely the time now to take this run-in one game at a time. Regardless of tomorrow’s result we still have enough fixtures left to determine our own destination and looking at the fixtures for all the teams involved, City are still right in the mix for a crack at the play offs and potentially a financial windfall.

Get into ‘em..

He really is.

I think he'll be the reason we get a playoff place, if we do.

If he can keep fit he's a match winner. He scares the living daylights out of full backs and can cause panic in defences.

His natural instinct is to go for goal himself (no bad thing) but if he can work on finding a really killer pass when others are better placed he could really be something special.

I think I must've,I've slowed down considerably.Started off at 78rpm,dropped rapidly into 45rpm and now I'm stuck in 33rpm.

All good though,Lulu is on her way to London, the house is 'pretty vacant',I've just done the dishes, hoovered and made the bed with Hospital style(well old Hospital style, pile on welcome)precision, whilst listening to a very old copy of 'Never Mind the Bollocks' and various other Pistols oldies. I've now got a dilemma as to whether watch racing T.V or Sky Golf as I've invested in Bob McIntyre and he's leading.

It's 'No Fun' having 'Problems' and being a 'Lonely Boy' whilst 'Friggin in the Riggin'...
