Rosenior gives me Martin vibes in that he loves himself and proclaims himself a football genius and innovator that is just to clever for normal people to understand. I might be being harsh, I’ve not watched a whole lot of him, but thats the impression I get.

So glad others see it the same as me! Who on earth puts Liam Delap on RW. I know he’s played there in the past but come on! Such Russ Martin vibes

I've just been reading an article about Finn Azaz and didn't realise that he didn't score or assist a goal at all under Will Still, with his first assist for Saints coming away at QPR on 5th November (Tonda's first game) and then his first goal against Sheff Weds on 8th November. So that's 9 goals and 5 assists for us in 26 games under Tonda Eckert. Not bad at all. For comparison, Lallana got 11 goals and 10 assists when we were promoted in 2011/12.

Think he is the real deal. Most important person in the squad by a mile
This is what I posted on the match thread(you said it first though, however I have only just read your comment:

Tonda is the real deal, finally a manager who is able to adapt to the team we play rather than stick to the same system for everyone we play! Perfect team set up, perfect game plan, perfect subs, what a guy!

Insane to think he has never managed a first team before and he is only 33!

Yeah penny for Will Still’s thoughts.

Not directly related to Tonda, but at what point do we give the group of players who had concerns regarding Still and went to the board, a bit more leeway? Perhaps they were right all along. Assuming that it was us the tweet referred to anyway.

Cos every game that passes shows how utterly disastrous Will Still was for us, and maybe the players knew that early on?

The whole ‘Stephens went to the board and raised concerns about the coaching’ thing seems pretty warranted in hindsight…
