Out of the blue, Ben Davies is suddenly being touted as a possibility....

Id leave it to the players...they fail to adapt to several personalities and tactics ...so they can sort it themselves. Some think they know better than managers so let's have a look. They have 'leaders' in the group, let's see if they can lead.
There’s no set formula for a good manager. You see people with no experience do good job and bad with bags of experience do a bad job.
There is however a good or bad fit for clubs. Spurs keep getting this wrong.

It’s an unenviable task for anyone to come in for 7 games - 7 cup finals - and to try and organise and motivate a depleted squad which has clearly been performing massively below the level of its ability. Spurs squad is top 6-8 on paper at least.
Dyche has the track record, but I’m not sure how the type of players Spurs have would react to him. He relies more on getting the best out of more limited players through organisation and a rolling up the sleeves mentality. Spurs haven’t shown that grit all season.
I’d think these players either need to be made to feel star struck or afraid by their next manager - I’m not sure who’s available of that calibre for a short term gig.
