The Christians didn't forgive the Jews.

They persecuted them and subjected them to unimaginable treatment for ages.

Started with the conversion of the Visigoths to Catholicism in 587 and continued pretty much unrelentingly until John Paul II's apology for it all in 1998.

I am of the opinion that Catholicism is one of the worst things to have ever happened in the history of religion, and couldn't give a toss who that offends. The suffering caused by that branch of Christianity is beyond all human comprehension.
I am not a Catholic and I dont hate Jews

Large rally against the "far right" in London yesterday.

I admire the sentiment, but the fact that there isn't a single English or even UJ flags apart from one crude hand-made one at center (but of course there are loads of Palestinian ones) is a more than a bit ironic.

Got to give it to the Iranians they certainly are a no surrender type of people.

Can't see how Trump is going to get out of this mess unscathed, he might need to start a war with the UK as a distraction.
I wouldn’t put it past him starting a war with Europe. He’s making all the noises over us needing saving for the sake of US security and ourselves.

Yeah, it's been top of my list as the number one thing to happen, that he is going to **** us or Europe up in someway. If not directly, then indirectly through Putin, it's not even a case of IF but when for me.

I think this messing with Iran and Europes oil lifeline is just a step towards that goal. I think he should be considered a very serious threat. And the UK & Europe need to be challenging him on his objectives, as none of this affects the US.

We shouldn't be afraid to call him out on this.

If you think about it Trump has insulted all of us in one way of another, everytime he has a go at Starmer I see it as having a go at us, afterall the British electorate voted him into power. He's done the same with some other countries as well in Europe, he says he don't need any of us blah blah ****ing blah. About time we just told the **** up striaght to **** off.

The worrying thing for me is that, to claim the 'win' he now needs, a ground invasion will likely be required ... not only is that going to lead to a heavy death toll (and not just for Iran) but it puts a new and worrying dynamic on how the rest of the middle-east will react ... not to mention what Iran will do before (inevitably) succumbing to superior force ..

He don't have enough troops for a ground invasion, no where near enough, even if the Pentagon is to be believed and another 10,000 soldiers are on route.

The best he can do is take an island, and even that is mental, especially if it is something like Kharg, because it's like putting them men in an almighty rats in a trap scenario.

If I was an American soldier right now, I'd just quit and go home before Trump uses you as a test dummy. The only conclusion I can draw from this is he wants to obliterate Europes reliance on oil out of the area, that suits him and Putin.

Time for the Chinese to step up to the table and tell Trump to go home.

Edit: Actually it's time for all of us to tell him to take his men home, before Humpty Dumpty has a nasty fall.

EDIT

We never actually gave America its Independence

The first war was fought to a standstill and Britain sued for peace with the intention of resolving the issues at a later date, in 1812 Britain sent an army to America to persuade them to think again, they ran to the hills and the army walked into a totally deserted Washington and the British commander decided that they were not worthy of fighting against and set light to the White House, when out of nowhere there was a fierce thunderstorm where British troops were being hit by lightning and soaked to the skin so they left to return to Britain

The Americans saw this as an act of God and that they were Gods chosen people and look where that has left the world
