I hope highways England go back and clean up the crap on the central reservations from St Andrews. Actually , before St Andrews...

All those nights when castle street was closed and or the A63 was closed would have been an ideal time to do all the other jobs that needed doing on that stretch of road. When there was much less traffic.

They have another chance with the overnight closures announced today, two of them delayed until 10-30 pm for HKR matches. Not once did the ****ers delay for our night matches. :emoticon-0138-think

Not meaning to be a smartarse, but they did at least once. 21st January 2025 vs QPR. Overnight westbound closure delayed from 8pm to 11pm to allow supporters to exit the city westbound.

No problem, the week HKR played their small world match saw us have a night home match five days later. HKR had a delayed road closure, we didn't. :emoticon-0138-think

Will be interesting to see how the traffic on the over pass gets on with all those traffic lights and the oddly placed yellow box.
I picked Sheffield United tickets from the MKM yesterday and used the overpass. The light sequence seemed to take quite a while for me to get onto Ferensway, and a couple of dozy gits were sat in the inside lane ready to rejoin the A63 after taking the earlier left turn lane. :emoticon-0138-think
