At least the delusionals have stopped counting the points gap to top 5. It was incredibly tedious listening to them trying to avoid what was actually happening in front of their own eyes.
If there's one positive to take from recent events it's the fact more and more people are beginning to realise there's problems at Newcastle.
The question now is whether this manager can resolve them?

It most certainly wasn't....following every bad result people would try to point away from the problems and say we're X points off top 4.... It went on and on and then they went quiet.
Regardless do you think Howe will resolve the issues?
Continue to play Germany's striker in a midfield position. Play England's left winger in a striker's position and play our actual No9 never.
He'll continue to get Burn into every side he can (just waiting for him to start as a striker) and in the 60-70 min he'll make subs that make no difference as its one way, or another, Im going getcha, getcha, I getcha.......
Yeah I think he's going to do exactly the same things, because he's blamed psr, the difficulties of some transfer windows, and too many games.
I don't think he can do anything mate.
The cheque book is the solution, but only if they get it right this time.
Honestly it amazes me that people still actually think he should be in a job. Total heads buried in the sand with the ever decreasing few.

We need to let him continue until there's no excuses... A few more defeats and we'll be getting there.
He's pinning all his hopes on doing the same things, but only playing once week...it's one last punt.

I've already seen that he can coach hence not being relegated that first season, getting on to the CL twice, getting to a cup final 2 years in a row, winning a cup

I can't actually make up my mind. We've had some really good highs under him, fantastic matches, a trophy win, champions league, but then you look at this season and how many good 90 minutes have we played?
Yes we've had injuries, yes we've played 51 matches, yes we lost Isak and missed out on the other top targets so had to settle for who we did get. But, hes failed to adapt stuck with the same 433, gameplan, playig people out of position and subs far too often. i get rotation has been hard because we don' t have much quality in depth. Dropping 22 points from winning positions is just not acceptable.
Maybe next season without europe we could do well, but if his targets are solanke and tavenier etc they don't elevate us and that could tip me to #HoweOut
