Just back.

A lot better obviously but **** me they were dreadful. Not ‘QPR at Birmingham’ dreadful but a good impression of it. We scored at a crucial time when the fans were, rightly, getting very vocal with the ****e served up to them as we were absolute **** for the first half an hour.

Thought Vale and Smyth were the relative stars of the show second half. Both did a lot off the ball and Vale will get credit for a part in all three goals but Smyth played a big part in stopping their Plan A, B and C of give it to Fatawu and pray.

Relieved we can probably now endure the rest of the season’s meaningless fixtures with some level of ease.

Another win, to go with the win we got some time ago.
Wow, great result, regardless of how bad we played. It’s all about the points.

What’s all this nonsense about replacing the manager, who could say such a thing?

Leicester put in a 'QPR' performance today. They were poor. We were ok but it's the result that matters for all concerned. Vale, who comes in for some stick, despite being out best attacking threat, even when we have been crap was a nuisance. Involved in all 3 goals and also works hard. He's one of the first names on the team sheet for me. Smyth worked his socks off and Edwards reminded me of what we saw last season. Man of the match for us has to go to Leicesters Nelson !!

We had some solid performances today.

Vale, Edwards and Smyth are standouts..

But mbengue put in his usual bull in a China shop performance which at this level is very off putting and demanding and actually very good.

Dunne Hayden and Kone also wete solid.
Leicester were bad...but that is not our fault.

3 more points and we are really really safe. But a team that can do what they did today...is already safe.

So breathe

I thought RND had a good game too Beth, some good tackles and overlaps which put them on the back foot.

True. I hope we can keep him at the end of the season. He is better than what we hzve
I would hope that we could find a better left back to be honest. RND does a job but I suppose I'm being greedy by wanting a better quality player. Same with the other full back position.

Given they planned to go into the season with Larkeche as first choice I’d settle for RND rather than whoever Nourry chooses from his spreadsheet because they’ve got six assists in the Austrian third division. He’s the absolute definition of 6/10 Championship plodder and that’s fine.

Its wishful thinking on my part but I won't be too bothered for Sheff utd to have their 4th choice left back return.

I'm sure my eyes didn't deceive me, but during the 2nd half Walsh did catch a cross and Dunne celebrated with him as if we'd scored..... that's progress....

He claimed a good one towards the end after that useless prick Varane dawdled on the ball in his own box and eventually just about managed to only give away a corner. Didn’t have a lot to do apart from that after the break. One fairly routine save.

I'm beginning to think you don't like Varane.
